As a seasoned General Certified and FHA approved appraiser, I have the education and qualifications to provide the type of reliable home values that banks and lending institutions require for home loans.  With over 22 years of real estate appraisal experience, I have the expertise to handle a variety of property types including single-family and multi-family homes, condominiums, new construction and custom homes, vacation homes, investment properties, and vacant land. 

I understand both the intracacies of the appraisal process and the ever-changing real estate market in New Hampshire.  I'm commited to providing independent, professional, quality market-based reports at reasonable fees with prompt turn-around times.  I pride myself on customer service including timely updating and delivering reports on time. 

I'm a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and have successfully completed Worldwide ERC®'s Relocation Appraisal Training Program.  

As an approved FHA Roster appraiser I'm qualified to do appraisals for FHA insured loans.  I understand the rules and procedures in FHA's guidance and policy documents.

My primary service area encompasses most of southern New Hampshire including all of Rockingham County as well as most of Hillsborough and Merrimack Counties.  I also service the larger communities in the Lake and White Mountain Regions.  I have been appraising both residential and commercial properties properties in southern New Hampshire and northeast Massachusetts since 1986.
